We moved from Kln to Bonn mainly because we wanted our 3 children to go to Bonn International School. We have been at the school for 9 years now and have never looked back. All three kids are very happy and thriving academically and socially. The school has an excellent curriculum with very experienced and inspiring teachers. Emphasis is on providing a high quality education while also developing caring and balanced children. We can whole heartedly recommend this school!
My two boys have been at BIS for 8 years and it's been a fantastic school for them and a wonderful community for our family. They have such an amazing variety of incredible teachers and specialists who have really made sure they are progressing and being challenged. We love the location and facilities, there's a huge selection of after-school clubs and activities for them. BIS has been a huge determining factor in our decision to remain in Bonn.
Wonderful environment with a diverse student population. The style of learning is what the children need today--Creative, problem solving, analytical. The staff and parent population are warm and welcoming. It is a great school community. I wish there were more schools like this.
Our two primary aged children have been attending BIS for two years. From the very first day we all found the very international school community incredibly warm and welcoming. The Welcome Family program was a huge help in our early days and weeks, and since then the children have blossomed in small classes with attentive and experienced teachers. The environment really lets the kids follow their interests and passions, as well as giving them a great grounding in the basics of math, language, music, sport and arts. We feel very lucky to be in Bonn now for our children to have this amazing experience at BIS.
